By uploading a photo to our service, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it
The photo does not violate any third-party rights
The content is not offensive, harmful, or inappropriate

Content Usage License: By uploading content, you grant PetSwag a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submitted photos and generated artwork for the following purposes:

Creating and providing your custom designs

4. Instagram Contest and Social Media

Contest Entry: By providing your Instagram handle (optional), you automatically enter our ongoing contest to be featured on our Instagram account and social media channels.

Contest Terms:

No purchase necessary to enter
Winners are selected at our discretion based on design quality and appeal
Featured designs may be used in our marketing and promotional materials
We may tag your Instagram account when featuring your design
Contest entries are ongoing - no specific end date

Social Media Usage: By entering the contest, you agree that we may:

Use your pet's name and your Instagram handle in posts
